Add Candidate to a Job 

You can add candidates to a job either by submitting them manually or by parsing their resume within a particular job. 

Submit Candidate 

To submit a candidate: 

  1. Open the required job. 
  1. Click on Candidate dropdown on the top right-side of the page. 
  1. Select “Submit Candidate” option. 
  1. Enter the candidate details. 
  1. Click Submit. 

The candidate will be added to the job pipeline. 


Parse & Submit Candidate 

To parse and submit a candidate: 

  1. Open the required job. 
  1. Click Candidate. 
  1. Select Parse & Submit Candidate. 
  1. Upload or paste the resume. 
  1. Review the parsed candidate details. 
  1. Click Submit. 

The candidate will be added to the job pipeline. 


Add Pipeline to a Job 

Pipelines help define the stages of the hiring process for a job. You can create a pipeline manually for the job within a particular job. 

To add a pipeline: 

  1. Open the required job. 
  1. Click Pipeline. 
  1. Select Add Pipeline. 
  1. Enter the pipeline stages. 
  1. Save the pipeline. 

Parse & Add Pipeline 

You can also create a pipeline by parsing predefined data. 

To parse and add a pipeline: 

  1. Open the required job. 
  1. Click Pipeline
  1. Select Parse & Add Pipeline
  1. Review the parsed stages. 
  1. Save the pipeline. 

The pipeline will be applied to the job.
