Oorwin Zoom Integration Guide

Overview

The Oorwin Zoom Integration enables users to connect their Zoom account with Oorwin to schedule meetings, conduct interviews, and manage Zoom meeting information directly from Oorwin.

Installing the App

1. Sign in to Oorwin.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoom.
3. Click Connect Zoom.
4. Authorize Oorwin to access your Zoom account.
5. After authorization, the integration will be activated.

Using the App

Schedule Zoom Meetings

1. Open a candidate, contact, or calendar event in Oorwin.
2. Select Create Zoom Meeting.
3. Configure meeting details.
4. Save the meeting.
5. The Zoom meeting link will be automatically generated and stored in Oorwin.

Manage Meetings

• View scheduled meetings.
• Update meeting details.
• Access Zoom meeting links.
• Synchronize meeting information between Zoom and Oorwin.

Removing the App

From Oorwin

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoom.
2. Click Disconnect Zoom.
3. Confirm removal.

From Zoom

1. Sign in to Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Go to Manage > Installed Apps.
3. Select Oorwin.
4. Click Uninstall.
