View Lead Details 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Select Lead 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click the Lead Name
  1. The Lead Profile page will open. 

Create Notes for a Lead 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Select Lead โ†’ Lead Profile โ†’ Notes 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click the Lead Name to open the Lead Profile
  1. Click Notes
  1. Click Add Note
  1. Enter note details. 
  1. Click Save

Create Tasks for a Lead 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Select Lead โ†’ Lead Profile โ†’ Tasks 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Open the Lead Profile
  1. Click Tasks
  1. Click Add Task
  1. Enter task details such as: 
  1. Task name 
  1. Due date 
  1. Priority 
  1. Click Save

Send Email to Lead 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Lead Record โ†’ Three-Dot Menu โ†’ Compose Mail 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Locate the lead. 
  1. Click the three-dot menu
  1. Select Compose Mail
  1. Enter email subject and message. 
  1. Click Send

Send Documents to Lead 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Select Lead โ†’ Lead Profile โ†’ Send Document 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click the Lead Name to open the Lead Profile
  1. Click Send Document
  1. Select the document template. 
  1. Set due date if required. 
  1. Click Send

Upload Leads Using Excel 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Three-Dot Menu (Top Right) โ†’ Upload Excel 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click the three-dot menu (top right)
  1. Click Upload Excel
  1. Upload the prepared Excel file. 
  1. Map the fields. 
  1. Click Upload

Export Leads 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Three-Dot Menu (Top Right) โ†’ Export Leads 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click the three-dot menu (top right)
  1. Select Export Leads
  1. Choose the fields. 
  1. Select file format (Excel or CSV). 
  1. Click Export

Merge Duplicate Leads 

Navigation 

Sales โ†’ Leads โ†’ Merge Leads 

Steps 

  1. Navigate to Sales โ†’ Leads
  1. Click Merge Leads
  1. Search and select duplicate leads. 
  1. Click Next
  1. Select the master lead record
  1. Click Merge

Lead Actions (Three-Dot Menu) 

Each lead has an action menu that allows you to perform multiple actions without opening the lead. 

To access lead actions: 

  • Click onย theย three-dot menuย next to a specific lead.ย 

Available actions include: 

  • Change Stageย 
  • Editย 
  • Archiveย 
  • Add Opportunityย 
  • Add to Listย 
  • Compose Mailย 
  • Move to Candidateย 
  • Move to Poolย 
  • Follow-upย 
  • Send Documentsย 

Use these options to quickly manage individual leads.
