Add Candidate to a Job
You can add candidates to a job either by submitting them manually or by parsing their resume within a particular job.
Submit Candidate
To submit a candidate:
- Open the required job.
- Click on Candidate dropdown on the top right-side of the page.
- Select “Submit Candidate” option.
- Enter the candidate details.
- Click Submit.
The candidate will be added to the job pipeline.
Parse & Submit Candidate
To parse and submit a candidate:
- Open the required job.
- Click Candidate.
- Select Parse & Submit Candidate.
- Upload or paste the resume.
- Review the parsed candidate details.
- Click Submit.
The candidate will be added to the job pipeline.
Add Pipeline to a Job
Pipelines help define the stages of the hiring process for a job. You can create a pipeline manually for the job within a particular job.
To add a pipeline:
- Open the required job.
- Click Pipeline.
- Select Add Pipeline.
- Enter the pipeline stages.
- Save the pipeline.
Parse & Add Pipeline
You can also create a pipeline by parsing predefined data.
To parse and add a pipeline:
- Open the required job.
- Click Pipeline.
- Select Parse & Add Pipeline.
- Review the parsed stages.
- Save the pipeline.
The pipeline will be applied to the job.
