Resume Harvesting in ATS: Schedule & Auto Collect Candidate Profiles

Recruit → Jobs → Select Job → Resume Harvesting

Recruit → Harvesting 

Purpose 

Resume Harvesting allows you to automatically collect candidate profiles from selected job boards based on defined criteria such as keywords, skills, schedule, etc.

Schedule Resume Harvesting 

Steps

  1. Navigate to Recruit → Jobs.
  2. Open the required Job Profile.
  3. Click Resume Harvesting from the sidebar.

Configure Harvesting Settings

1. Schedule

  • Select On Selected Date or applicable scheduling option.
  • Choose the date when harvesting should start.

2. Time & Interval

  • Select preferred time slots (e.g., 01:00 AM, 09:00 PM).
  • These define when the system will run the harvesting process.

3. Limit (Maximum Profiles)

  • Set the maximum number of profiles to be collected per run.

4. Harvest From (Job Boards)

  • Select sources such as:
    • Internal Database
    • Foundit
    • LinkedIn
  • You can choose one or multiple sources.

5. Keywords

  • Add relevant keywords based on the job role.
  • Use options:
    • All (match all keywords)
    • Any (match any keyword)
    • Boolean (advanced search logic)

6. Skills

  • Add required skills for better candidate matching.

7. Job Tagging

  • Ensure the correct job is tagged for which profiles are being harvested.
  1. Review all configurations.
  2. Click Save to schedule resume harvesting.

Notes

  • Resume harvesting runs automatically based on the selected schedule and intervals.
  • Results depend on the selected job boards and keyword accuracy.
  • Ensure integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, Foundit) are properly configured for harvesting to work.

Auto Schedule Resume Harvesting 

Auto Schedule Resume Harvesting allows you to automatically collect candidate profiles for a job at predefined jobboards without manual scheduling. 

Enable Auto Schedule Resume Harvesting 

You can configure auto harvesting to continuously source resumes from selected job boards. 

To enable auto schedule harvesting: 

  1. Open the required Job. 
  1. Click Resume Harvesting from the job sidebar. 
  1. Select the Auto Schedule List tab. 
  1. Choose the required Job Boards. 
  1. Enable Auto Harvest. 
  1. Set the required schedule and limits. 
  1. Save the configuration. 

Once enabled, resumes will be harvested automatically based on the defined schedule. 

Disable Auto Schedule Resume Harvesting,you can stop automatic resume harvesting at any time. 

To Disable Auto Resume Harvesting 

Option 1: From Job 

  1. Open the required Job.  
  1. Select the specific job.  Click Resume Harvesting from the job sidebar. 
  1. Go to Resume Harvesting → Auto Schedule List.  
  1. Click Disable Auto Harvest. 

Or 

Option 2: From Harvesting Module 

  1. Navigate to Recruit → Harvesting.  
  1. Select the Auto Harvest tab.  
  1. Locate the required Job Code.  
  1. Toggle Auto Harvest OFF (disable the switch).
