You can perform actions on multiple leads or opportunities at the same time using bulk actions.
Perform Bulk Actions
Bulk actions are available for both Leads and Opportunities.
Navigation
Sales → Leads / Opportunities → Select Records → Bulk Actions
To perform bulk actions:
- Go to Sales → Leads or Sales → Opportunities.
- Select one or more records using the checkbox.
- Click on the bulk actions menu.
- Choose the required action.
Available bulk actions include:
- Update Stage
- Update Fields
- Archive
- Compose Mail
- Merge Leads (available for Leads)
Add Tasks and Activities
You can add tasks and activities to both leads and opportunities to track follow-ups and actions.
Navigation
Sales → Leads / Opportunities → Record List → Task / Activity Icon
Add Tasks or Activities from the List View
You can add tasks or activities directly from the list view.
To add a task or activity from the list:
- Go to Sales → Leads or Sales → Opportunities.
- Locate the required lead or opportunity.
- Click the task or activity icon next to the record.
- Enter the required details.
- Save the task or activity.
Add Tasks or Activities from Inside a Record
You can also add tasks or activities from within a lead or opportunity.
Navigation
Sales → Leads → Select Lead → Lead Profile → Tasks / Activities
OR
Sales → Opportunities → Select Opportunity → Opportunity Profile → Tasks / Activities
To add from within a lead or opportunity:
- Open the required lead or opportunity.
- Navigate to the Tasks or Activities section.
- Click Add.
- Enter the details and save.
Tasks and activities help ensure timely follow-ups and better tracking of sales actions.
